Written by GOVT creatives but brought to life by production partners. Match cuts and whimsicality; a director's treatment that's filled with lots of references which conveyed all of that, won the team over. I also produced key visuals and convert cel animation for social content into HTML5 banners for wider reach to assist in recruitment for this campaign.
